Honorary 2026–2027 Golf Tournament Chair, Dr. Deborah Davis

The Foundation proudly announces its 4th Annual Golf Tournament, hosted by 2026 Honorary Chairman Dr. Deborah Jones Davis, a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist whose remarkable 45-year career has advanced women’s health through leadership, advocacy, and compassionate care. A graduate of Irmo High School, Winthrop College, and the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Davis began her career in the military before transitioning into private practice. She later served as Director of OB/GYN at Waverly Women’s Health, where she championed care for underserved women.

Her lasting contributions were recognized in 2024 when the community named its new facility the Deborah Jones Davis, M.D. Women’s Health Center in her honor. In 2025, she was further recognized as Doctor of the Year by the Palmetto Medical, Dental, and Pharmaceutical Association. Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Davis is deeply involved in her community through organizations such as The Links, Incorporated, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, and Pine Grove AME Church.

She is a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoys gardening, traveling, music, and spending time with family.
